If you arrive earlier or wish to depart later, please let us know – we will do our best to accommodate your request.
As a new service, we offer a convenient online pre-check-in from home. How does it work? Very easily. After booking, simply visit our online check-in page. Enter your reservation number (e.g. R/2020), which can be found at the beginning of your booking confirmation. Then enter your personal details and those of all accompanying guests – and your check-in is complete.
Yes, free parking spaces are available directly at the hotel for our guests. In addition, there are two charging stations where you can conveniently charge your electric car if needed.
Please note that one parking space is allocated per room. If you require additional parking spaces, this must be communicated before arrival so that availability can be checked.
Free Wi-Fi is available in all rooms, as well as in the bar area and on the terrace.
Pets are very welcome at our hotel. Please inform us at the time of booking if you plan to bring your pet.
For dogs, we charge €20.00 per day (food not included). In case of excessive soiling, we reserve the right to charge an additional €50.00 for extra final cleaning.
Dog owners are liable for any damage caused by their dog.
We offer a generous breakfast buffet with regional products. In the evening, our chef delights guests with regional and international specialities. Each day includes a cold starter, soup or juice – the perfect introduction to our FleurAlp indulgence menu.
Our small but lovely Finnish sauna is available daily from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. by reservation, for one hour per booking. During the summer months (June to early September), a small surcharge applies.
In addition, Hotel FleurAlp features an outdoor hot whirlpool, a solar-heated outdoor saltwater pool and a large garden area for relaxation.
Cancellations are free of charge up to 14 days before arrival.
In the event of later cancellation or no-show, a fee will be charged according to our booking conditions.
Cermes is located in the heart of South Tyrol's wine-growing and apple orchard region – ideal for hiking, cycling, wine tastings and excursions to Merano and the surrounding area. Nearby ski areas include Merano 2000 and the Schnalstal Glacier. We are happy to provide personal tips on site. In addition, our new info app offers plenty of information about your accommodation and holiday destination. Simply scan the QR code upon arrival and start browsing.
Yes, in our garage we offer charging stations and a dry storage area for your e-bikes.
Your final bill can be settled on the evening before departure until 9:00 p.m. using cash, EC card, Mastercard or Visa.
We kindly ask for your understanding that smoking is not permitted in the rooms. This also applies to all indoor areas of the hotel and near the tables during breakfast or dinner on the terrace. There is no designated smoking area inside the hotel.
The South Tyrol GuestPass is free of charge for all our guests.
For the duration of your stay at Hotel FleurAlp, this mobility card is included in the overnight rate.
With the South Tyrol GuestPass, you can travel comfortably throughout South Tyrol and use all public transport services free of charge, as well as selected cable cars.
Included services:
- Regional trains within South Tyrol (Brenner/Brennero to Trento, Mals/Malles to Innichen/San Candido)
- Local and regional buses (city buses, intercity buses)
- Cable cars: Burgstall–Vöran, Vilpian–Mölten, Bozen–Ritten, Bozen–Kohlern, Mühlbach–Meransen
- Ritten narrow-gauge railway and Mendel funicular
- Swiss PostBus between Mals and Müstair
To be valid, the South Tyrol GuestPass must be validated at the start of each journey.
Our outdoor saltwater pool is solar-heated, and there is also an outdoor hot whirlpool heated up to 36 °C.
We offer accommodation with breakfast or accommodation with half board.
We do not have single rooms. However, double rooms can of course be booked for single use.
