On this page you will find all important information about your stay at Hotel FleurAlp in Cermes: half board services, booking and payment conditions, cancellation rules, as well as notes on arrival/departure, pets and special requirements.

Half board & dining

Half board at Hotel FleurAlp includes a generous breakfast buffet with regional products and a multi-course evening menu.
On Sundays we offer a Prosecco breakfast. Dinner is not served on Sundays.

Please let us know about any special dietary requirements before your arrival. Where possible, we are happy to prepare vegetarian, allergy-friendly or other individual dishes for you.

All rooms include:

  • TV and direct-dial telephone
  • Safe

Bathrobes can be rented (€ 20); slippers can be purchased.

Prices & local tourist tax
  • Prices apply per person and per day with a minimum stay of 4 nights
  • Short stays under 4 nights: surcharge possible
  • Local tourist tax: € 2.60 per person and night from 14 years of age
  • The tourist tax is not included in the room price and must be paid on site
  • All prices include VAT
  • Dogs: € 20.00 per day (food not included). In case of excessive soiling, we reserve the right to charge € 50.00 for additional final cleaning.
Payment conditions
  • Cash payment (up to € 4,999)
  • Credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Eurocard
  • Drinks and extras are preferably to be paid in cash
Arrival & departure
  • Check-in: from 2:30 p.m.
  • Check-out: by 10:30 a.m.

An online pre-check-in is available before arrival.

Cancellation policy
  • Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival
  • In the event of no-show or late cancellation without travel cancellation insurance, 70–100% of the total price will be charged
  • Any deposits paid will not be refunded in the event of cancellation (valid for direct/private bookings; for bookings via online portals, the conditions of the respective portal apply).
Smoking & dogs
  • No smoking in rooms, all indoor areas, and in breakfast/dinner areas
  • Dogs are welcome upon prior notification (€ 20 per day, food not included)
  • Dogs are not allowed in the sauna area or dining areas
  • In case of excessive soiling, we reserve the right to charge € 50.00 for additional final cleaning.
  • Any damage is the responsibility of the dog owner; liability insurance is required.

South Tyrol Guest Pass

From just one overnight stay in the Lana region, you will receive the South Tyrol Guest Pass from your host!

At all establishments marked with this symbol, guests of the Lana region receive the digital South Tyrol Guest Pass on their smartphone upon arrival, or in paper form on request.

The South Tyrol Guest Pass allows free use of all public transport throughout South Tyrol, as well as selected cable cars.


Included in the accommodation price, you can use the following services:

  • Regional trains in South Tyrol: Brenner to Trento and Mals to Innichen
  • Local buses (city buses, intercity buses, city shuttles)
  • Cable cars Burgstall-Voeran, Vilpian-Moelten, Bolzano-Ritten, Bolzano-Kohlern, Muehlbach-Meransen
  • Ritten narrow-gauge railway and the Mendel funicular
  • PostBus Switzerland between Mals and Muestair
