Depending on the season, a large part of our salads and vegetables comes from our own organic garden.

Less waste, more enjoyment!
To reduce food waste, we now mostly serve salads directly at the table or as part of the menu instead of offering them in buffet form. Once a week, however, we keep the tradition alive and invite you to enjoy our varied salad buffet. With this approach, we aim to make a conscious contribution to sustainability while continuing to offer you the usual comfort.
